Good news. From the cold confines of a Tipsy Taxi van last night, I saw a shooting star pass through the skies over South Davis. It lasted a good two seconds - enough to know what it was before it blinked out of existence again. Hopefully it's a sign of a better year to come, even though I forgot to make my wish.

I've always had my wishes (with a shooting star at least) come true, oddly enough. I had to think about that for a while but it's true.
