It was a silly rumor that gained a lot of popularity at home, for some reason. A depressing one too, so it really dampened the cheery spirit that Christmas and New Year would usually have.
There's a few but believe me, none of them come close. It might just be because none of those places have the same kinds of memories the taste of Hagakure brings back.
Back home, I used to go there frequently with Shinji. Heh, he'd always order the same thing too. Not sure how but he never seemed to grow tired of it.
There was a secret ingredient in the Hakagure brew. [And Nozomi suggested it. Orz. ...Senpai is it bad that I'm wondering if I could emulate it with the time that I spent hanging out with the one and only Gourmet King of Iwatodai and beyond ;;
I MEAN.] That's true, too. We can still make new memories here, though, just different ones.
Honestly, anything from Hakagure is hard to get tired of, in my opinion. I went there often with Kenji-kun and other classmates, too.
...Maybe we should go look again, more carefully this time?
I don't think it's possible to thoroughly go through anything alone. Maybe you've been with friends - or acquaintances, in your case, without really realizing it?
Maybe that would also depend on how long someone has been here, or it could be random as well. Nightmares are upsetting no matter the circumstances, though. Hopefully no one will get much of them.
He is. A close friend can really help you go a long way. [...Going to pick a conversation choice chance a guess here.] Does he remind you of someone you may know?

It's weird, huh? One of the things I miss most from back home is Hagakure.

Nods.]
I've been here for a week now and I already miss it. It was close to school, so there was never any trouble to swing by after class.
There are a lot of shops and restaurants here, senpai. You've never come across a ramen place?

...Then again, I'm a high school student, so I think that's kind of normal. Wouldn't you have gone through things similar to that, Stephanie-san?

...Or college, for that matter.

...I'm sorry, senpai. [I've been bad. Bows head in apology. Senpai you would have been confused by ramen 'etiquette', anyhow.]

Seems you really have a good friend.

[Nods, with a light smile this time.] Junpei-kun usually likes to take it easy, but he’s very dependable when it matters.
