I've decided to go straight to grad school, hopefully (1) u of toronto, (2)albany school of pub. health,(3) mcgill, brockport or ub. Toronto would be really great. ub has a good program but i am up for somewhere new.
I work at a hospital in batavia where every pt (patient) has the same demographics and nutrition diagnosis 'cept the pt with cellulitis on her nose (her NOSE!). Next semester I will start rounds at buffalo area hospitals and my only desire is to see uremic frost.
