Capote/IN COLD BLOOD
A combination of watching Capote and speaking with both my lovely friend Becky and my father led me to pick up a copy of IN COLD BLOOD. Since I rarely read anything but manuscripts, books for my monthly book club, and the occassional (alright, weekly) Ok! magazine, it's a rare thing that I'm able to read a book purely for pleasure. in cold blood is definitely the best thing i've read in a long time. but i just finished field notes from a catastrophe, which i would highly recommend if your looking for something new now. though i'm sure the last thing you need is another book to read! :-)
