I think that if you want to live with Gary rather than a roommate you should ask him. Where does he live now? By himself or with roommates? I know when I first moved down here Daryl and I were gonna live together and my parents (my *dad* mainly) told me if I did no more school $$ for me! So I lived by myself- which most of the time I really enjoy, but sometimes it's scary and lonely. Soo. . . . I think that if you think that's something you want to do, you should absolutely go for it. :) Eight months is different in every relationship- so if you think that's a good next step than I say you should. And definitely ask Jess her opinion, she's much better than I am at the whole advice thing. ;) *Kristin*

Yah, I agree with Kristin on this one [see, we both give excellent advice!]. If you're thinking about it, you might as well take the plunge and ask. Besides, you guys spend a lot of time together, when you can, so it's not a huge step. Your different work schedules will give you the space you need, too.

Did he say anything or look a certain way when you mentioned you still need a roommate? He may have been sending you a signal or two your way. It still doesn't hurt to ask, and even if he says no, it's not like you asked him to marry ya, I don't think it would make the relationship ~weird~. Keep us posted!!!
