dude...i need to quit smoking too. I've cut down a lot, but it's hard....especially when I'm drinking. Although i have cut down a lot.

yeah dude, its really hard! usually the only way i can drink is when i have a smoke in my hand the whole time! good for you for cutting down though...its the first step!!

I've never gotten into smoking, but I did quit my other habbit. If I can do that, you can do this.

You have to stop, otherwise our brownbag (which we will do soon) will not sound as well all because of your habbit to polute your lungs with dampening toxins.

my voice isnt the real problem...its just getting over cigarettes in and of themselves. its like a lifestyle change when you quit smoking.

If it's about sex, drugs or rock and roll, my expertise may be lacking somewhat. Well, subtract the rock and roll part.

I was impressed with my intelectual approach on my opinion of ciggarettes.

But honestly, I've quit a habbit or two myself. Actually just one, the other one doesn't really count but I will share my story with you if wou'd like me to.

I may seem like a bad ass rebel that can't be serious I may seem like I can't be serious, but I can and I will listen if you need to talk. Do't let that ol' ADHD disease fool you. I don't really know where I'm going with this, and I don't know what you would need talk about with MYSELF. Anyways, peace outside.
