It's sometimes feels like we are on a rollercoaster!!

Things have really been bothering me recently. It does not really matter what really has been bothering me but how much everything has been bothering me. I feel like I am going crazy like I any day I could be taken away to the mental hospital. I think that they would keep me for a while. The way I have been feeling lately. Just very sad, unhappy,
