Any episode that is Foreman-centric. Especially Euphoria Part 2. He's just so self-centered and arrogant, but in a way that drives me absolutely crazy. I don't care that his dad is making him upset, or that we have to drill a hole in his head or that he may die.
I don't think I have more to say about it, even.
EDIT--I forgot one from Lost, since I have 2 favorite shows. Crap, what is my least favorite episode of Lost? There are some that are boring, even though they are informative. I'm going to have to say 'Expose,' the Nikki and Paulo ep. I kind of like seeing all the earlier stuff from a different angle, but, well, Nikki and Paulo. They were a failed attempt to add more characters. Thankfully, the writers knew this and took care of them. Which is actually an awesome ending to an episode.
