So I decided to pay extra cost (well extra over the Amazon price) - basically the list price - to buy the new SG-1 DVD from Creation Entertainment to get an autographed picture of some SG-1 person (they were also including Ronan from Atlantis). I don't blame you for not wanting Peter Williams. He's a pretty man, but Cliff Simon is H A W T!!! I've seen him in person...and shirtless. I nearly fell down when that happened. :D Such a comotion was made that Amanda Tapping (she was signing autographs behind a curtain) had to stop what she was doing and peek out from under the curtain. She was kinda sad that she missed it. LOL

Did you get a picture??

I briefly thought about selling it on eBay - but I don't think I would get enough for it to make it worth it. I would have even been good with Gary Jones - I liked Walter. It just figures the only one I didn't want is the one I got....

I've wanted to go to a con - but it hasn't worked out schedule wise. This year I'm getting married when the con is in Vancouver, BC. However, looking at the list of guests, I don't feel like I'm missing much. I'm sure the best one was when Amanda Tapping was at it. I agree - I think she'd be the only reason I'd attend too. I'm real disappointed in the list of guests for this year. Only one woman - Lexa Doig. I have nothing against Lexa - it's just disappointing that she is the only one that will be there. Did they not ask anyone else? and I'm disappointed in SGA - besides what you've indicated about how they write their women characters, now they've pretty much become just background. Very little woman power. It's too male oriented. Very disappointing.

I think someone offered to pay money to his favorite charity or to the Creation charity for him to take his shirt off. I don't exactly remember how it came about because I was being fangirl getting Amanda's autograph and then I walked out and BAM! Cliff was shirtless. My pos camera wasn't going to let me take a pic at first and then...you've seen the result.
