Okay....so this weekend was crazy....but let me start with Friday. So, I just got back from the classes...I took an hour of cardio dancing....it is mixed with yoga...and I loved it. Then 45 minutes of pilates...my muscles are killing me but I decided to sign up and continue the classes every wednesday cuz it's good for my mind and body...very positive too ( Read more... )
