Narcissism-Yes and No
NARCISSISM.
according to my knowledge, someone who has that air of superiority, and often deeply mischievous, often tends to gossip others in DETAIL-this is a narcissist. For the narcissistic guy ,it does not matter which person is trying to gossip about him ... he thinks he knows evrything about anything,and he can't say "i dont know" .
That's why he always deny the vehemence that would ever need any help
"It's good to show this thing? ... Or is it better to keep him just for you?"
I do not think they can hide this character long, may at first ... but after a while ,people around him would know what kind of person he/she is.

my opinion, no, of course I refer strictly to narcissism described to me, maybe there is.... or perhaps I am wrong
