I would say that you can't because you a) know better, and b)are far stronger than the worthless fucking coward who would resort to that.

Having the strength to stay alive when everything seems like it's falling apart does NOT make you worthless or a coward. To me, it makes you the opposite.

There are more than a few people who definitely don't believe that you are worthless or a coward, including me.

Stay strong. You and I both know that suicide isn't the solution. At least I hope you do.
