Hello MBP member,

This is an informational administrative comment on behalf of the MBP moderation team. You do not need to reply to it. Just read it.

As you might have heard already, there was a major change in the way MBP is run. As of July 2nd, 2005, every new character has to register by leaving a comment to this entry: http://www.livejournal.com/users/enter_mbp/288.html. The comment will get a reply within 24 hours, to let the new character know that they have been added to the masterlist situated at http://mustbepop.darkcafedays.com/masterlist and are therefore official citizens of the MBP universe.

In short:
ONLY people who are on the masterlist are considered to be official impersonations in the MBP universe.
Those who do not register are therefore NONEXISTENT. The first to REGISTER for a celebrity is official (creation date is not a criterion anymore).
