Hi again- I needed some help to find out how to take those screenshots that show like, those pop-ups you get with story-progression & when your sim goes up a skill. Those type of shots. Here's a pic to show what i'm talking about,

Okay!
You need sims 3 to be in windows mode, go on to sims 3.
Go to start, all programs, accesories, then snipping tools. Then drag the cursor where you want to print screen, then you can edit it and save it to where ever you want! :D

I had this problem, though I don't think I'm vista. Do print screen and paste it to paint :) You might have to make your sims 3 screen size smaller - you can do that in options.

You could try Fraps, which is a screencap software. You just press F10 to take the shot and it has all the pop-ups in it. (I use Windows 7 on a Mac so I don't know if it'd work for Vista, but I assume so!)
