ILU. ♥

日本語は...まだイヤだ。悪い。

... the universe is against you.

As long as you remember that Japanese guys say things that we interpret as 'interest' when they're just being Japanese guys saying things that Japanese women wouldn't interpret as interest.

Also, Kyushu is amazing, don't listen to him.

Also, maybe you should just come here.

How can I possibly go to Japan and find work without a visa? I keep seeing all these listings for jobs, but they want me to be in Japan with a work visa already... but I need a job in order to sponsor my work visa. CATCH 22. Sigh.

Heyyyyyy. I got sent a contract from an English school near Nagoya. I saw some not-so-hot things about this school from a couple years ago. Nothing that sounded like I couldn't live with it, but still. Anyway, of course I want a job, but I don't want to walk into a trap job, either. So I asked the owner some pointed questions.... hopefully he's not so sketchy he won't answer them and/or says he doesn't wanna hire me anymore. If either of those IS his response, it's probably best I don't take the job. If he responds well to my questions, I'm going to ask someone at OU to give the contract a look.

For now, though, I was wondering if you'd be willing to skim it for me? See if anything sets off a red light of doom for you? If you're answer is yes, I can email it to you. Let me know.
