We have no a/c at work today. Weather.com's predicted high? 103 degrees. They won't send us home. It's only gonna get worse and it is already musty and the bo will soon be rank.

So I've been wearing contacts primarily for over 10 years now, but now for some reason I seem to be developing eye allergies and the contacts are making it worse. So I need a pair of glasses that aren't 10 years old (surprisingly my prescription hasn't gone up much). My mom told me I should expect to pay at least $120 for a pair at the eye ( Read more... )

While I just love to swim, night time swimming is by far my favorite. Bryon just bought a pool cover for his pool and this weekend it was warm enough to swim at night. It was so nice, I didn't want to get out of it. We swam until like 4am, it was great. I look forward to many more pool nights this summer.

Not even realizing I was reading my home town newspaper linked to via fark..Read Story I was thinking to myself I went to high school with a Billy Babe...he's my age and everything...and then I looked over and realized it was him. Anyway, that's my thrill of the day. Fark=famous.

There's a longer story to this, but basically, I was coming down the stairs the other day as Bryon was turning the corner to come up and I tripped on his foot and fell down.
