#3, I don't remember where it mentions it but he does have a very good sense of smell, not as good as Kibas but still good, and a village full of people who run aroudn and fight all day? smeeeelllyyy!
#4 amuses me imensly and if it weren't for the fact that he was wearing the mask when he was young and still had the stick up his ass that would probably be my number one pick lol.

3) I thinks it's mentioned when Naruto comes back to the village after 3 years and fight with Sakura against him. He follows their movement with his sense of smell. But I'm pretty sure there are other times this is mentioned, though.
4) I know, but I did not conceive it as a reason why he wears his mask in the first place, it's a reason why he won't take it off (personally, I think that canon-wise, it's reason 1) why he put it on & reason 4) why he won't get it off).
6) That never happened in the manga, as far as I know, I suppose you're talking about the anime? For various reasons, though, I don't think of anime as 'canon'. Mostly, script not written by the author = not canon (even though he is asked to check it out and see glaring contradictions with his plot).
7) Everyone should read at least once the GGG! And repeat if necessary.
9) Don't I know it... (it works for picking up guys, too, ahah...)

I didn't think of acne (fun picture! lol), but all facial deformities enters category 6).

yea the Ramen stand owners daughter going all heartsy was in the anime , and the owner looked smitten as well lol
it was in the filler episode where the three were trying to see Kakashi's face.
I think number 4 is as you said, probably the number one reason he KEEPS it on. and not just to piss off his team but everyone aroud him. I have a very strong opinion that Kakashi is something of a sadist, he enjoys ticking others off around him. take his being late for instance, yes he has a reason for it, it's his nod to Obito, but that reason isn't the reason he seems to ENJOY people reaction to it. the same with the porn, I'm sure he gers great amusement from shocked mothers (and academy instructors) faces of shock, covering the eyes of all nearby children

Hm, maybe not so much as a complete sadist but someone who gets his fun wherever he can ^^ He won't go out of his way to make others suffer but he's certainly not going to cut on his fun if he can get away with it... If I take your example of the Icha Paradise, I think he reads it because first and foremost he likes it, but shocking others is a definite plus.
