lol that's how my mom is! the rule "don't bring food upstairs" NEVER works because she rarely notices that I'm walking through the living room! same with hair.."you dyed your hair red?" 1 month later never gets old :p

And my dad doesn't know about the surgery. He knows I've been thinking about it because I told him once before that I was considering it, and he, at that point, threw a fit. He told me "you're not going to do it", end of story. :/

I don't know WHAT he's going to do when he figures it out. I guess I could defend myself with a fun caricature story that I replay in my head every once in a while. He said we should go get caricatures and when we walked up there I was really excited to get one done until he told me that the guy would have a hard time drawing my nose, right in front of the guy. LOL. he's funny, isn't he?(/sarcasm). I actually don't know what a lot of people are going to say. My family shouldn't care too much though, half of 'em already had the procedure done :p

And I just want to say that if you compare this entry to an entry from several months ago, you sound like you are much more mature, or just a better writer or something. At any rate, sounds like you've grown up a bit :)

My mom is not happy with what I'm doing, but she's still going to pay for all of it and be somewhat supportive because my sister did the exact same thing. There are some downsides to the situation though- I'm probably going to have to take the bus to LCC next fall because she's not too happy about me using her car anymore, and two years ago when I decided to do this I told her I didn't want any birthday gifts or christmas gifts. That sounds like a silly deal, but I was really serious about her not having to support my superficial desires beyond the plastic surgery, ya know?-
