Illness still blowing through family

I realize it's been almost a month since I posted but amazingly enough, there is still illness in the family. What I thought was a cold turned out to be a lung flu that is the gift that keeps on giving. Two people that we are close to have developed pneumonia and Ron and I have gotten pretty much over it

Take care, it's a nasty one. We've had a number of Elderly die of this one locally. I always liked either Chicken or White Miso soup with fresh chopped Hot Peppers to "clear" things up;>...

Ugh, it has been a terrible cold and flu season. *knock on Wood* but I haven't been sick.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. You will help stave it off. Or if you do get sick you won't be sick long. I know why I got so sick and that's my next post.

I've been worse this year: had a third day of in bed last week and still trying to shake the cough. I put it down to working at a doctor's surgery but now I'm not so sure!
