I just ETAed the post... my poor baby! It's both comical and gut-wrenching at the same time, and I want to cuddle him and tell him how sorry I am.

It's convinced me that no matter how stressed or depressed or anxious I may ever feel, I'm never resorting to drugs. But how do you teach a cat yoga, or meditation, or whatever?

George is my sixteen year old son. He has Poppy eating out of his hand. Prior to him she completely ignored anyone who came into the house.
