I recorded Mark Hamill's interview from the Edith Bowman show on Radio 1, but haven't had a chance to listen to it yet. It'll be up for the rest of the week under the listen-again option listed here. There's also a photo at the same url. The interview was done at CE. My recording is straight from the radio onto a mini-disc player, so someone else ( Read more... )

It's a very nice little interview. I'm constantly amazed at how Mark manages to add new stuff when he answers question he's been asked a million times already.

I like to hear him talk of his kids and it was interesting to hear the true story of his sprained thumb from the shooting of TESB.

Most interesting, of course, to hear what's up with "The Black Pearl". I was very surprised when he said they might be aiming to show it at Cannes next year. Wow, that'd be cool for so many reasons!

I hope someone finds out how to download it; I don't know whether I'll find the time to do a transcript until tomorrow.

I love listening to his voice. :)

Still not listened to it - maybe tonight!

If no-one gets to download it then I'll get my recording converted, but it'll be after I get back now. I used to have a way of getting the BBC's radio recordings downloaded, but they've put a block on that method now.

By the way, not forgotten about those scans etc.- I'm just in the usual manic state here!

Hope you'll get around to listening soon. But you've got a luxury there, that you've been able to record it, so you're not running the risk of missing out on it.

Don't worry about the scans! I know all about manic states and I SO sympathize! *grins*

He dropped some very interesting comments about "The Black Pearl", which made me wonder. It didn't sound at all like what I was expecting of the film... I'm so curious now! :)
