that it's not so clear-cut as "my sister is crazy". it rarely is with this sort of thing. i know it's hard, but if you gave rhia a chance and were actually nice to her, you might find it's nice to have a sister with whom you can share love and support. rhia's a sweet girl. it would go both ways if you made the effort.
