I decided that I am going to be moving out of my apartment by the end of this month or very beginning of next month. I got a notice that my rent would be going up $100.00 if I were to renew in june, then on top of that I can only renew for six months and after the six months they are going to force me out of my apartment so that they can renovate

I have a one bedroom Apt On Mill Ave and the 60. It's not the nicest place but it's not too crappy either. When i signed my lease it was like 600-something then when i made it for 16 months it went down to 574.53 It's called The Saddle Club (just north of the 60) There's also a complex south of the 60 on the west side of mill that looks nicer but i don't know what the rent is there.

thanks for the info Liz! Me and my mom are going out on monday to look at apartments, so we will probally check both of those places out. I went out looking at a few places yesterday and nothing was what I am looking for, it is super frustating. but I know that something better is out there somewhere :)
