I lived in Illinois for a year 13 years ago. One of the few things I remember about Chicago proper is going to the Shedd Aquarium and seeing Beluga whales. Because they are so cute!
A baby beluga was born this month at the Shedd, and I have declared it the cutest thing ever.

I have not written on  LJ since December 2006. Alot has changed since then.
Maybe I should revive my LJ, since now I dont see any friends anymore. And since it sounds like everyone can check LJ while at their respective work places.
I'll see what I can do about keeping up with LJ and keeping the entries not completely negitive.

This has been the worst week of the semester in terms of stress, running around, and work. Tomorrow is the last day, thank goodness. Yesterday I was literally in class from 9:30-2, and then in the ceramics studio from 3-11:30pm to finish my project due tomorrow. Sunday and Monday were not much better. Well, summer is over and I go back to school tomorrow.

This summer was good to me. Ive been on such a high basically for the month of August. I have enjoyed myself, and have been as content as I can be. Ive had a good summer, and am looking forward to going back to school. How can I beat that? I'm so frustrated that the high has lowered itself because of a few conversations and learned tidbits about going back to school.

Ive had it with these motherfucking math problems on this motherfucking GRE!!

I just spent the last week killing my brain over this stupid test. Like, studying 8 hours a day. This was by far the longest week of the summer.

I found out one of my 2 year-old kittens is 22 pounds. Thats obese. Which is sad because we knew he was fat and have tried to get him to lose weight and instead he has gained 6 pounds since last year.
