Is 1% meant to be lower fat? I won't be changing ;)

according to:

http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/food/foodandfeatures/safety_quality/articles/1_percent_milk.htm

"It contains 40% less saturated fat than semi skimmed. The good news is, in taste tests 2 out of 3 people couldn’t tell the difference"

- those people should just drink skimmed milk. I am not really a fan of semi skimmed now because I'm so used to skimmed - it's actually nice.

I can only do skimmed! Regardless of the fat thing, it's the only milk I can drink without feeling even more thirsty afterwards. A drink that makes me thirsty - not good.

It's a sign of the times when types of milk are getting sold on the amount of fat they contain, rather than the taste and consistency. Bah.
