It's A&B and reckless endangerment in my opinion. That fucking piece of shit should see the inside of a jail for it, but $25 says he'll never even be charged.

He was charged, and as yet they haven't dropped the charges. That's according to the NYT article.

Well this guy's career is effectively over, and he was just a rookie. Plus...haven't we all just wanted to do that at one time or another? I mean its evil...but c'mmon.
