Let's say show X is currently airing, and its season finale has just aired. Does this mean we can from that moment onwards use images from the season, as long as we wait at least four weeks after the respective episodes have been aired? So we'd have to wait four weeks from that moment onwards to use images from the season finale, three weeks to use images from the second-to-last episode, and so forth? Or do we have to wait until the new season starts to use images of the old season?
I'm asking because Lie to Me's second season is finishing next week, and if we're not allowed to use anything from season two, we only have one season to work with.
Also, doesn't this mean we can't use anything from Rizzoli & Isles in voting challenges for a while?
You've got the time frame right. :) So yeah, you can use Lie to Me recent eps when the "time limit" is up.
Hmm, R&I... Well it started airing back in July so you can apply the 4-week thing to the episodes, I think.
I suppose I should have added "most recently aired" to the "currently airing/upcoming season"? *facepalms* IDK it gets confusing to talk about these things!

Might be a good idea to keep more people from asking this? lol. But maybe they're smarter than me anyway. ;)
