Whoever it is a dumb asshole. When you report your phone stolen, its # will go into an international database which makes it effectvely a brick.

one time I got my bag stolen in a coffee shop, so I cancelled my cell phone service and three days later this construction work on capital hill found the phone in some bushes and called my home number so I could come pick it up. So there's still hope for you!

no, there's no hope. The asshole who picked up the phone answerers the calls but then hangs up. you'd think if it was any other person besides some fuck face they'd answerer and say where they are and to come get the phone. besides I put a hold on the service to the phone so it's virtually dead.

Once you've reported it to your cell phone company, they begin to track the phone on the cells... sooo ... yeah you should do that.
