Yup...3 more days till I come home unless Rita decides to go towards Louisiana. I'm pretty sure its going towards Texas but I'm sure LA will get some rain bands. So I may just wait till Sunday before I leave. I was supposed to go see Jackass in Mobile on Saturday but he called me today and told me that he was going back to New Orleans this

hey! i am excited about you coming home!!!! but new orleans is closed. no one can go in. one of our professors tried to go and check on his house and apparently on the way the mayor closed the city and he was turned away. we are supposed to get 12-16 inches of rain from rita and new orleans said they can only handle 4-6 inches. so they reevacuated and closed it. good luck on coming home!

Yeah I know. Jackass ended up calling me last night and telling me that he's not going home yet because of Rita, yet again. So I'm just going to leave Saturday and stay with him in Mobile until Rita's ass passes. Are ya'll really supposed to get 12-16 inches of rain?!?! Dude...ya'lls asses are gonna flood! I really hope it keeps going north and doesn't turn anymore east. New Orleans really needs to be spared right now. I've been praying that somehow this monster will just go away but I don't think that's gonna happen...its f-ing huge. I miss you Erin! I can't wait to hang out with you and Chelz!
