My thoughts on Torresgate include the following:

I don't think he would screw us over like that. There are so many ways in which he's now tied to the club and has professed his loyalty to us, and it seems so unlike him to mess with the club in the middle of a season. *sigh* I really don't understand this. Does he feel threatened by the arrival of Suárez? But then again, Suárez is just a replacement for Babel, so that can't really be it! I really wish I knew why he did it.

Having said that, I think the best thing might be for him to leave (because considering the situation we're in, a striker who isn't 100% committed to the club doesn't really help in any way), but I don't want him to leave because he's our best striker, and Liverpool have rejected the request anyway, so I hope that he'll pull a Steven Gerrard and redeem himself.
