That is such a cute cat! :) I love how pets sometimes forget who you are, and have to go through that process of finding out if they can trust you or not. lol

isn't he? :] yeah, i've found that usually that happens with cats, not dogs. jay's brother aspen, definitely never forgets me. when i come over here to their house, he knows me and is always happy to see me. and my dogs...they're nuts. :D

i love orange tabbies. from my experiences in the veterinary world, i have found that orange tabbies are the best cats. they are usually always pretty sweet, and of course every cat has their limits, but it seems like orange tabbies have higher limits than other cats, like calicos for example. those ladies are quite evil. you can't trust them!

Sounds similar to my cat's attitude. I'll make a post about her today. :)

i'm not a big fan of cats, actually. working at a vet and seeing how much they can be out to get you kind of really ruins the whole cat experience. and i'm also highly allergic (i'm also allergic to dogs, rodents, horses, etc...and yet i work at a vet. imagine that). but jay is something else. and he also has great owners who pay well for watching him and their golden retriever, so...:)

Hahah yeah I know what you mean. My dad in Nebraska is a vet so I used to go to his clinic quite a bit when I was young when he had to work.

Personally the biggest thing I learned to dislike there is dogs barking. I used to *HHHHHHAAAAATTTEEEEEE* passing by the dog kennels cause it was so noisy.

oh yeah, dogs barking is annoying. but i've gotten used to it. i worked at a doggie daycare for 5 years before i worked at the vet, so barking is not a problem for me. :) now high pitched squeaky barks, those just need to be silenced. i HATE them. aggh, just thinking about it pisses me off, haha.
