And oh my I bought two new books, they should really STOP having those sales in Dela Costa. I have no money now. And I still have like, fifteen more books I could buy. :(( Anyway. One scene reminded me of All-American Girl. And the Sandman scene. I don't follow the Books of Magic continuation - even though I've read up to the first volume (I'm not sure if I got any farther).

And I'll confess, I don't get it, haha. I don't know if esoteric is what you're going for, but that's what I'm getting. Although I must say I love the last line and the scene right before it.
