I'm glad to hear you're back amongst the living.

When Herself was about Charlie's age, and we'd just bought this house, I was moving us into it with my Dad's pickup (which meant a trip a day, down and back, while C. worked), and one afternoon I was suddenly afflicted with a similar malady. I called C. and he drove down, because I couldn't go anywhere and had no clothes or food here yet! Our first night in this house I spent, er, v. ill, and then C. came down with it, and before we'd spent 24 hours in the building, every member of the family including the dog had made a mess on the living room carpet.

It was awful at the time but now I look back on it and laugh.
