don't know if this is a smart idea or not
either i'm masochistic or optimistic
or maybe i'm both sides of the coin.
and i'm nervous...very nervous.
i've built up a dam and don't want it to break

i can't handle the flood.

yeah.. ive been trying diets as well..

and find it normally fails around dinner time. lol.

diets suck.
im eating more yogurt and salad.

sometimes i feel very bland.
