Workout - day 6

I rocked it today! I'm in the swing of things and I enjoy doing it! It's a great feeling to be so motivated to want to get out there and work hard.

So I did my typical warm up, 10 minutes. Then I moved on and did Pull exercises. I pushed myself today. I upped the weights if I felt it wasn't effective and ended in a sweat. Very nice feeling. Then I ( Read more... )

Oh yea, I wanted to mentioned that I got home and started my period (I know TMI) but this could be the reason I didn't lose any weight. Only time and hard work will tell!
