I've decided that Florence and the Machine must write their songs with Doctor Who in mind because, man, the new album is like pure DW meta set to awesome music. Please tell me an awesome meta writer has written about this? And that there are vids set to their music?

Oooh, I hadn't read the comments on that post. I think when I looked at it only like the first comment or so had be posted so I missed the new ones. Thank you!

Btw, I haven't forgotten about remaking that icon, I just haven't found a version I've liked so far and have gotten distracted by other iconning endeavors. But should the muse strike for that, I'll totally make it. :)

Yeah, it's so hard to keep track of what happens in posts after you leave; I hate finding out there was some great conversation I missed because I moved on :-\

Oh, no worries on the icon! I am enjoying using this one, but just couldn't help wondering "what if we . . . ?" And fandom is not the place for feeling guilty about getting distracted by shiny things : ) If/when you get around to it, that's great! If not, I'm perfectly happy you wanted to make an icon of this in the first place.

Ceremonials, but I don't think the album has been officially released? I've been youtubing the songs and listening to them that way. :)
