Damn girl, I must admit your chicken posts are really hard to follow, and the fact that we have a different system of measurement over here doesn't help either.

I'm sad to know you lost one goose, though :(

Can't tell that little if they are a goose(female) or a gander(male). It's hard sometimes on the big ones. A gosling is simply a baby goose of either sex.

We do have a lot of feathered friends. 5kg=11bs 1kg=2.2 lbs so Don Juan de Pollo is only 2.5 kilos. If you've got questions, ask away. Just down to the one gosling from the 4 she hatched.

On the other hand I don't think he really cares which hen he gets...he just wants one badly. :)

He gets to her and he might end up in a worse situation then the one that landed him in a cage by himself. He got solitary after he got into a fight in the bachelor pen and was beaten to the point his eyes swelled shut. That little hen's rooster may finish what the Buff Rock started.

It's alright. I've got several people who haven't. I figure eventually they'll get to it. I may be too boring to friend. LJ's been acting up lately.

Still alive but the Laptop is muy sicko. No warning, just wouldn't start back up. I'm going to do a post here in a bit after I catch up. I'm back at school and using the uni's comps. Have some pics but they'll have to wait to the LT to get better.
