I got a question...is is possible to carry jewelry (like several pieces in a case) in your carry on? Because I heard you couldn't anymore.

so far as I know, you can carry jewlry in your carryon. It's just liquids that can't be in your carryon (all liquids must be in 3oz or smaller bottles and the label on them must read 3oz or smaller. And they have to be in a quart size ziplock baggie. Not gallon, quart).

I thought it was the other way around. That is, you're supposed to put jewelry only in your carry-on, not in your luggage. Don't know how often the site is updated, but this certainly sounds like you can bring jewelry.
