There's nothing on TIVO

Dude, how is it possible that I've watched everything on TIVO so now I've got to read 'cause TV's boring and I'm too lazy to remember to figure out how to work the regular cable remote. I'm reading shop girl it's much better than anything on TIVO.

You should be able to use the TiVo's remote to control the cable in LiveTV. This is why I leave TiVo Suggestions on - there is usually *something* in there to watch if I need to unwind. (And since I've been at work 17.5 hours now, I expect to need that when I get home...)

Oh, I run tivolovers :-)

Did you know that Alan Cumming(s?) wrote a book? I saw it and thought it might be something you'd like.

I didn't know that do you know the title? Actually outside of TIVO I've been reading quite a bit lately. I really liked Shop Girl it's worth checking out. I may finally read house of leaves too but it intimidates me.

Apparently it's called Tommy's Tale (I had to look it up, I didn't remember).

I actually already read ShopGirl (last year)... it was pretty good, but I didn't like Martin's writing style that much.

I just started Geek Love by Katherine Dunn last night. Good so far, very funny and also moving.
