i already feel bad for CJ because i know what kind of havoc him being in her environment does to him.

you would think if you showed a judge the things you write about it that a judge would flip out and be like 'what an unsuitable person" and grant the change and stuff.

Ick. Not a pleasant situation at all. Best of luck to you. Hopefully with the New Year some of the stressors in your life will start to work themselves out things will become a bit more sane. From everything you've talked about this woman is poison and hopefully the court will step in and take some of the pressure of you by enabling you and yours to do the right thing for CJ. He deserves to finally be in a good home with good people instead of in the middle of such a messy conflict.
