I find it really odd that Sherlock would choose this sort of job, but I am intrigued to find out why! :) and John's past is heartbreaking, as is his last reply to Sherlock. :( can't wait for more!

Interesting that you should raise the question of Sherlock's job . . . And as for John's back story, I'm so pleased to hear that worked for you! (And by worked I mean made you sad.)
