We've pretty much ruled out everything else. We are now working on the assumption that Swizzle has lymphoma. That's cancer for those not used to dealing with this in 60% of your family. We're bringing her home tomorrow. Treating her with steriods and antibiotics in case we're wrong (lucky) and it's something else they haven't caught in any of

My love is with you, Patrick, Bob, and Swizzle my favorite spaz.
I will do everything I can in my sickly state to make your life easier this weekend.
Also, I know it won't necessarily help at all, but being a pet owner of a fuzzball myself, with serious medical conditions, i feel your pain. I've had my cat for a little over 12 years...shes grown up with me, and has had almost every medical condition under the sun. Digestive problems, frequent UTI's, artheritis, various lumps...almost died as a kitten. Last year, we noticed her drinking quite often, walking very awkwardly, and urinating more frequently. Took her to the vets and got a phonecall saying shes diabetic, and will be comatose within the next month, so they were putting her to sleep. Wouldn't stand for that. So I demanded to tke her home and try insulin. One year later, shes still my fat, happy, diabetic cat, with health issues. But I love her. There is always hope.
