I'm reading a lot of "my opinion of myself depends on what others think of me" in that.
Sure, you might think all those things... but do YOU like you? Do YOU think you're an artist? Do YOU think you write well, and do you enjoy doing it?
Maybe it's time to read The Four Agreements again? Not to sound all holier-than-thou, I'm just muddling along too, but when I start feeling like my sense of self-worth and awesomeness depends on what others might think of me (or if they accept me or like me or not)...I pick that book up again.
Hugs and RAWR! ('RAWR' means "I Love You" in Dinosaur)
I'd like you to spend as much time as you spent creating this list to create a list of the awesomeness about you. Not about how other people treat you, but about YOU. You bring into your life that which you focus on, and when you put this much care into the ways in which you think you suck, you're asking the universe to prove your correct. You're asking for verification of your supposed suckiness. Perhaps it's time to kindly switch gears and attempt to redirect the universe into helping you remember your awesomeness.
I agree with what both luffing and lyet have said.
I would also talk with your psychiatrist about how long it takes to get accommodated to the specific drugs you're taking because it seems like they may not be the right doses or the right medication all together to me. Like I mentioned a few weeks ago, sometimes it takes a little time to feel level again, but I've noticed the overall direction your emotions are going are down, which is not good.
