first- who is this, I like to know who i'm responding to
second- I doubt an abortion is something that anyone plans to have.
third- Having a choice over what can be done or not done to my body and not letting the government say what they think is best for my reproductive abilities, or anyone else for that matter, are all very important to me. Before anyone makes a judgment about what it means to be pro-choice I suggest you do your research. And with such a serious topic, I suggest you do a hell of a lot of research. I've done mine and I still continue to learn all I can. If you really want to have a conversation with me about it, just let me know. If you want to leave posts anonymously that blatantly show your ignorance of all sides of the reproductive rights matter, go right ahead too. I love talking to people about why I'm pro-choice, about why I reject abstinence-only education, about why I hate the global-gag rule, about why I think abortion should be legal. Like I said, just let me know.

Abortion threatened anonymous November 17 2004, 15:03:04 UTC
So Scott Peterson came in guilty on one count of 1st degree murder for his killing his wife and one count of 2nd degree murder for his unborn son. Now this set a dangerous precedent? I think so. Now, let's do a little explaining of the degrees of murder. Murder in the 1st is premeditated and willful. Second-degree murder is an intentional killing that is not premeditated or planned. This establishes that the the unborn child in this case was in fact a human life, not a fetus. Thus this case establishes two precedents: 1. For the single count of second-degree murder it has to be conceded that life begins before birth and 2. Killing of an unborn baby can be justified as murder. Now I'm no lawyer, but do you see where I'm going with this? The door has been open for the Roe v Wade decision to possibly be overturned.
