Ok, so only one person on my Christmas card list sends them... but my parents receive a few. To take up time space, I have decided to write a letter of my own. Notice how short these can truly be

Dude, I just ike 30 seconds ago finished watching that movie!! That song was in my head when I saw your post.

Lois was complaining at dinner tonight about one of *those* letters. From people she hasn't really spoken to in 27 years no less. Their letter included the story of how a guy who works for her husband is going to jail for stealing money. Lois was like "Why do I care? And who puts that in a holiday letter?"

Seriously, laughed my ass off on that one. And a big ole amen goes out to you Merri! Maybe you will save 1 person from writing (scratch that) typing out one of those novels! If I wanted to read something that long, I'd head to the library and borrow "War and Peace".
