A Good Wife - finally the end

Most of you must have given up on this story by now, and I can't say I blame you...that final chapter ought to have been written a long, long time ago. Unfortunately my life got a lot busier these past two years and I did not have the time or energy to finish this story sooner - but I could not leave it unfinished either. I promise, however, that ( Read more... )

Squee! I've been looking forward to seeing this all finished. I enjoyed the early chapters that we've already seen, and I'm dying to see how you got Klaus and Dorian out of the fix they'd put themselves into! I'll sit down later today and read it all from start to finish. :)

Well done on completing A Good Wife! As you know the Japanese readers of my blog are big fans of this fic so they will be so happy when I translate this final chapter into Japanese and post it on my blog! Needless to say, I also enjoyed it very much. ;-)

It's taken me FOREVER to get back to reading this story - life keeps happening! This is an impressive piece of work. The detailed insights into the characters' thoughts - Klaus in particular - really make this story. I wondered how Klaus and Dorian were going to get out of the corner they'd painted themselves into. Klaus's possessiveness certainly made him wake up to his own feelings in the end. Do you think you'll write a sequel sometime, since Klaus's father is still under the impression he has a daughter in law?

Thanks a lot for your comments! I'm glad you liked it so much! It's very true that Klaus' realization that he might lose Dorian played a great part in making him admit his feelings; after all we usually appreciate something when we're in danger of losing it. At the moment I don't know if I'll write a sequel for this story, for now I'm trying to find time for some other plot bunnies hopping in my head for a while now! But if inspiration strikes in the future, who knows...
