Dude... i never knew racoons were to uh... what's a good word for this... maybe there isn't one. Anyway, i used to have racoons living in my roof a few years back; they didn't seem that vicious at all. Maybe you just got a bad one or something, like one with rabies... or babies... or jubbies... or whatever.
