was going to suggest spikes too. Also go to estate agent and scream until this is resolved. Or just add new locks if they won't fix that although i am sure they Must. Biggest hugs
The door in question is a fire escape - it's supposed to stay locked, but there's a key on either side. To be fair to them, the neighbours have only just moved in, and thought it was a cupboard - the very loud screaming from the woman who opened the door when I poked my head round the door and said hi was testament to that.
Still - it makes me feel much less secure about my house. :-(
