i recently started training jiu-jitsu and muay thai 4 times a week after wanting to for years, but not having the financial means to do so. nothing has made me happier than doing this in a long, long time. every muscle in my body aches and i can't wait for my next training session so i can get my ass handed to me.

my granma went into the hospital again last week. she passed away thursday, november 15th. its fairly awful but not as bad as i've anticipated and dreaded for the past 3 years.
