I am about to lose it!
My air conditioner is STILL NOT FIXED!
I've talked to the repair service manager "Dave" many times - each time, he claims that the manufacturer doesn't return his calls. He just confirmed 5 minutes ago that they're not returning calls.
I just talked to the manufacturer - they claim that they've called twice to get the exact model # off of the failed motor - and each time, they can't get "Dave" to return their call!
I'm ready to recommend to the university that we terminate our contracts with these jokers!!!!!! (and I've let the distributor and maufacturer know this!)
